TAP was launched in February 2005 as a high income UK diversified commercial property company in a listed format. TAP is a closed-ended property investment company domiciled in Guernsey and listed on both The Channel Islands and London Stock Exchanges. 

The Company now benefits from stock to enable it to fulfil these principles. The assets offer the investor high income and the Property Fund Advisor the opportunity to increase income and grow dividend cover and ultimately dividends.
The company has appointed Valad Asset Management (UK) Ltd as the Property Fund Advisor (“the PFA”).
