Kim specialises in applying the plethora of rules and regulations and the marketing and promotion of best of breed financial services products and technology.

In her 26 year career in financial services she has worked with more than 100 companies including Microsoft, Marks & Spencer and AXA.

In the mid 1990s, she set up Pretty Technical Partnership - a technical and compliance consultancy. A few years later she founded an Independent Financial Adviser firm, Pretty Financial.

She is a regular conference speaker and Money Marketing columnist. Professional Adviser magazine puts Kim as one of the top 40 the most influential people working in the IFA sector.
