EPRA UK Index - Net Asset Value (NAV) Discount/Premium
This table shows the change in the ratio of market capitalisation (ie share prices)
and the published net value of assets (ie properties owned) – for companies in the
FTSE EPRA/NAREIT UK REITS and Non-REITS indices (find out more on these indices>>).
When the value of a company’s shares is greater than their assets, the shares are
trading at a premium. When the shares are worth less than the assets, the shares
trade at a discount (shown as a negative percentage on the chart).
