Aims & Objectives
Our aims and objectives
Reita’s core objective is to raise awareness and understanding of the property investment sector amongst financial advisers, private investors, the press and other market influencers. The Reita.org site has therefore been created to provide an impartial source of expert information on quoted property investment, REITs, the funds that invest in them and the wider property investment market.
Research has shown that financial advisers welcome an authoritative source of clearcut information to help them advise their clients on property investment opportunities. Journalists and private investors will also benefit from a credible resource of impartial information about the sector.
In its short existence Reita has been extremely successful in raising awareness and establishing our website www.reita.org as the authoritative source of information about the property investment sector. This success has been recognised by HMRC who have used Reita.org to publish regulations; by the FSA who recommend the site to IFAs seeking information about REITs and property investment; and by the property industry and financial services press through its awards.
