• Standard Life Investments Global REIT Focus Fund (SICAV) – a Euro denominated SICAV investing in property securities listed globally.

All the funds listed in the section above can be accessed via IFAs.

Proposed funds that will include UK-REITs

All the funds mentioned above currently invest in UK REITs within a global portfolio.

Plans to launch a REIT?

Standard Life Investments currently has no plans to launch a UK REIT.
