management and has concentrated exclusively on this discipline for more than 25 years.
Whilst management control rests in London, the UK office is an integrated division of ING Real Estate the world’s leading property investment manager. Its position within the multinational ING Group affords it a sound financial foundation and access to a wide diversity of research and know-how.
ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK) has a strong management team whose senior directors have worked together for many years and through a range of property cycles. It takes pride in its ability to create successful long-term relationships with clients and is dedicated to providing the best customer service.
The business is research-led and performance-driven. A Property House View is reported quarterly and provides a proven investment tool around which to build direct and indirect portfolios. Use of the model has helped to consistently add value through good sector selection.
Funds under management
ING Real Estate is the world’s largest property asset manager with over EUR 100 billion in assets under management. The launch of the ING UK Real Estate Income Trust in 2005 marked the realisation of the company's long standing ambition to enable retail investors to access the expertise built through the company's 25 year track record of working with institutional investors in the UK.The company continues to manage over 40 UK portfolios on behalf of institutional investors which are structured as direct and indirect separate accounts, joint ventures, investment clubs, authorised and unauthorised property unit trusts, limited partnerships and funds of funds.

The ING UK Real Estate Income Trust is listed on the London and Channel Islands Stock Exchanges.
