-8.4% (IPD UK Annual Industrial Index) - Rental growth outperformance: 5.1% increase over estimated rental values on lettings, reviews and renewals. Valuers’ income growth of 5.0% cf. IPD at 1.6% (IPD UK Annual Industrial Index)
- Dividend: annual dividend up 11.5% at 13.6p. 40-year unbroken record of increasing dividend.
