About us
Reita has been created to provide an impartial source of expert information on quoted
property investment, REITs, the funds that invest in them and the wider property investment
market.
Reita is funded and supported by the leading companies in the commercial property and financial services industry, as well as the London Stock Exchange, the British Property Federation and other key property bodies from the UK and around the world.
These prestigious organisations came together to support the successful introduction of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the UK (UK REITs were launched on 1 January 2007) and the expansion of the property investment sector.
Reita’s core objective is to raise awareness and understanding of the property investment sector amongst financial advisers, private investors, the press and other market influencers.
